Costa Club

Costa Club India is a newly launched rewards programme. It gives Costa Coffee consumers a simpler and more rewarding way to earn points –called “Beans” – when you purchase your favourite drink or fresh food item from Costa Coffee stores in India (excluding stores at airports). From July onwards, registered Costa Club India members will be able to earn a Bean for every hot or cold drink or fresh food item you buy at our stores. For every 10 Beans you collect, you’ll get a drink for free!

The current Perfect 5 programme rewards consumers only on the purchase of coffee. With the new Costa Club India programme, you can now earn points (Beans) on drinks as well as fresh food items that you purchase. Upon collection of 10 beans, you can get any regular-sized drink for free. You now also have the choice to customise the free drink at no extra cost and get it made just the way you like it – with up to five add-ons such as extra espresso shots, flavours, whipped cream, or dairy-free alternatives.

Costa Club India is designed to offer you more exciting and exclusive promotions and rewards. We are bringing you a personalised digital experience with this new rewards programme.

The Costa Club India app is free and available for iPhone, iPad, and Android users. You can download the app by simply searching for 'Costa Club India' on the App Store or Google Play. You can also download it by clicking here.

If you ever change or lose your device, simply reinstall the Costa Club India app on your new device, log in as normal and you’re ready to go!

You will earn Beans on the purchase of any sized drink (hot or cold) and fresh food item from Costa Coffee stores in India (except airports). If you purchase multiple drinks and food items in one transaction, you’ll receive the number of Beans that corresponds to the number of items purchased. For example, if you purchase a regular Cappuccino, a large Frappe, a Paneer Tikka Sandwich, and a Blueberry Muffin, you will receive four Beans in return.

The validity to redeem vouchers is 6 months from the date they are first issued.

Yes, your Beans will expire 12 months from the date they are first issued.

You may accumulate as many vouchers as possible at a given time. However, you may only be able to redeem 1 voucher per bill.

You will not be able to redeem more than one voucher in a single transaction. However, you can redeem your vouchers in different transactions on the same day or over a period of time.

No. However, if your account is inactive for a period of 12 months or more, your account will become invalid, and your Bean balance will be forfeited. Once forfeited, Beans cannot be transferred to a new account and cannot be refunded.

Costa Club India is currently only applicable for dine-in and takeaway purchases.

Yes, you will have to register as a Costa Club India member when you download the app.

Once you download the Costa Club India app, register as a member to start your account. You can. then start collecting Beans by scanning the QR code on your device at our stores.

To start collecting Beans in our stores, simply open the app and tap 'Shop' at the top of the screen. You can then scan the QR code on your phone at the store whenever you make a purchase to receive a Bean automatically. You'll get 1 Bean for every drink or fresh food item that you buy. Just collect 10 Beans to get a regular-sized, handcrafted drink for free.

If, for any reason, you cannot collect Beans in-store via the app, you can ask the barista for a receipt and your Beans can be added retrospectively, by contacting customer services on customercare@costaconnect.in.

If you only discover that your Beans were not updated after you have left the store, please contact customer services on customercare@costaconnect.in.Retrospectively adding Beans is at our sole discretion and can only be done once a valid receipt is shared, so please ensure that you keep receipts for all purchases.

No, this programme is unique to Costa Coffee in India and cannot be used in any other country.

No, the Beans cannot be exchanged for cash. The Beans can only be exchanged for a free drink once the balance reaches 10.

No, it isn’t possible to transfer the Beans to any other account.
